SportsMetrics Comes to DJRS!

Dayton Juniors has partnered with Dayton Children's Sports Medicine Division to provide all of our athletes with SportsMetrics training.

Each DJRS athlete will receive 6 sessions along with Pre & Post testing in volleyball specific areas of jump training, agility, and  acceleration.

Training will take place from November 20 through December 21, 2017.

DJRS feels it is very important to train our athletes in this area in hopes of eliminating future physical injuries!
